About IRENE

My name is Irene Eby. I am a wife and a proud mother of two teenage daughters and avid softball players. My journey started in 2006 when I decided to get healthy and fit for my own peace of mind and for my family. I exercised alone for more than three years. My friends and family started noticing positive changes in my physique and attitude and people started asking me what I was doing. In 2009, I decided to work with a few friends on their goals. We worked out in the basement of my home to save the monthly cost of a gym or classes. After six months of training ten ladies, I started to receive calls and emails from others in the community that were inspired by the changes they were seeing in these women – on the inside and out. They wanted to be part of a positive and healthy life change as well.

My passion for health and fitness coupled with my desire to make a difference in the way women and girls perceive themselves led me to become an International Sports Science Association (ISSA) Certified Personal Trainer in 2011. I am also AED/CPR certified and went on to obtain an ISSA certification in Youth Fitness in 2014.
As part of this journey, I have been given the opportunity to pass along my knowledge and enthusiasm with the highest standard of service, safety and professionalism to those wanting to make a change. In addition to the work I do at my gym, I am President of The Colette A. Miles Foundation (TCAMF) in honor of a friend who lost her battle to cancer in 2011. Since then, I have trained over 200 people to run 13.1/26.2 miles in honor of this cause.

People always ask me what makes my program so effective. I invest myself in every client I train and I expect them to invest in themselves. I make this clear up front. If a potential client is not ready to invest in themselves, then I am not the right trainer for them. I interact with all of my clients during their training and it does not stop when the session is over. My gym is only filled with people that are 100% committed to their goals. I hold people accountable and will push my clients harder than they have been pushed. When you think you can’t, I am there to tell you that you CAN. I truly love what I do and take pride in helping people get in their best shape and achieve their fitness goals.
If you are ready for positive change and you are willing to get out of your comfort zone, then my gym is where you need to be!
